In addition to the residential work we undertake direct for private clients, we also work easily, effectively and to high standards with architects and other building professionals for work for their own clients on properties across Central and SW London.
As we grow and as our team and resource develop, we are always pleased to tender for residential projects. We are competitive on smaller works form around £50,000 to £3m – including renovations, remodelling, the creation of new basements, loft conversions and other alteration and conversion works. In addition to the more standard type of work we may do on flats conversions, for example, we are equally well placed to deliver the highest quality for discerning private clients and their architects.
Given we work frequently for private clients direct, we have an exceptional ability to provide very sensitive and empathetic service to Architect clients. Equally, we are well able to provide very friendly and helpful support to Architect and their clients where required – from early budgets and timescales to design ideas, construction programmes and construction methods for example.
